When owners Rob and Steve Sullivan opened Act of Class Relocation in 1997, they both had experience in the moving and storage business, but wanted to build a company that was different from others.
In the Charlotte area, they did that with attention to detail, pride in superior customer satisfaction and a commitment to treat each customer as if they were family or friends.
Today, the Sullivan brothers are still at the helm of Act of Class, with several other family members working in a variety of positions including office management, human resources, sales and packing, loading and moving customers’ belongings.
Act of Class also partnered with a national van line that has similar values and standards for quality and customer service - Stevens Worldwide Van Lines.
Stevens, which also is a family-owned company, is a leader in the moving and storage industry with agent partners across the United States and around the world.
As an agent partner, Act of Class Relocation has the technical and operational support of the van line. Stevens is ISO 9001 certified and recognized by the American Moving & Storage Association as a ProMover.
Act of Class Relocation has an excellent rating with the Better Business Bureau and is a member of the American Moving and Storage Association, the North Carolina Movers Association, Angie’s List and the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce.
